The Lounge Access Award is available until 31.12.24 and can be added to a trip previously purchased by the Participant by accessing their Private Area, in the "My Travels" and "Ticket Details" section, selecting the "Lounge Access" option available among the options related to their trip. The possibility of adding Lounge Access will be shown if there is an Italo Club Lounge at the departure station provided that: the Participant has sufficient Italo Più Points to request the award for themselves and for any passengers traveling with them and present on the Ticket Code; there is availability of the Lounge at the selected travel time and time; the purchased fare allows for Lounge Access to be added and there are no Lounge Access already present in the purchased ticket for the Participant or for any passengers traveling with them and present on the Ticket Code.
The Lounge Access award can be requested for a journey within 45 minutes of the scheduled train departure. The Participant may also request the Lounge Access award for themselves by contacting the Contact Center at the paid number 89 2020. In the event of a change to a ticket associated with a Lounge Access Award, the system will check availability for the new date and time and, if available, will also transfer the Lounge Access associated with the journey. However, if there is no availability for the new date and time, the award will be removed from the journey and the points used for the Award will be forfeited. In the event of a cancellation of a ticket associated with a Lounge Access Award, no Points refund is provided for the Lounge Access.

Once you have reached the minimum threshold of Italo Più Points, you can request awards at any time by logging into your Private Area, scrolling to the "Awards" section, and clicking "Request" beneath the free ticket information. Alternatively, you can request the award by contacting Italo Assistance at 892020 (premium rate number). An award ticket is valid for 180 days from the date of request.

Changing the name on an award ticket is allowed for an additional fee of €1 by contacting Italo Assistance at 892020 (premium rate number). You can also change the date and time for a fee of €10 up to 3 minutes before the train's departure by accessing your Private Area or contacting Italo Assistance at the same number. Class or itinerary changes are not permitted. A canceled award ticket cannot be refunded in points or cash.

Yes, you can use the "Gift an Award Ticket" feature. You will need to purchase the ticket using Italo Più Points from your Private Area. During the checkout process, in the "Passengers" section, simply click the "Gift an Award Ticket" button, enter the recipient's personal details, and provide the email address where you want the travel ticket to be sent.

The Lounge Access award is available until December 31, 2024, and can be added to a previously purchased trip by accessing your Private Area, navigating to “My Travels”, and selecting “Ticket Details.” You can then choose the “Lounge Access” option available for your journey.
The option to add Lounge Access will appear if there is an Italo Club Lounge at your departure station, provided that:
1. You have enough Italo Più Points to request the award for yourself and any passengers traveling with you as listed on the Ticket Code.
2. There is availability at the Lounge during your selected travel time.
3. The fare you purchased allows for adding Lounge Access, and there are no existing Lounge Access passes linked to the ticket for you or any passengers traveling with you.
Lounge Access can be requested up to 45 minutes before the scheduled train departure. You can also request Lounge Access for yourself by contacting the Contact Center at the premium rate number 892020.
If you change a ticket linked to a Lounge Access award, the system will check availability for the new date and time. If available, it will also transfer the Lounge Access to the updated journey. However, if there’s no availability on the new date and time, the Lounge Access will be removed from the trip, and the associated points will be forfeited. In the case of canceling a ticket linked to a Lounge Access award, there is no refund for the points spent on the Lounge Access.
