• Terms of use
  • The holder’s name is indicated on the carnet (book of tickets), is valid on the selected route (in both directions) and cannot be refunded.
  • Single journeys can be changed as many times as you like at no extra cost, up to three minutes before departure.
  • The Carnet may only be used to board the relative train once it has been booked and desired train trips must be booked before boarding, at least 3 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • This carnet can be used from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and on Sundays.
  • The ticket can be changed via the website, the App and in stations.
  • Carnet Smart Worker 10 and 20 in Smart and Prima Business class allows you to collect Italo Più points.
  • It is not possible to request free seat choice for Smart Worker Carnets.
