Terms of use of Travel Pack 10
- • The holder's name is printed on the carnet (book of tickets), which is valid for the selected route (in both directions) and is non-refundable.
• Single journeys can be modified as many times as needed, free of charge, up to three minutes before departure.
• The carnet can only be used for the train that has been booked. The desired train must be booked before boarding, up to three minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• This carnet is valid every day except on public holidays and Sundays.
• Tickets can be changed via the website, the app, or at the train stations.
• The Prima Business and Smart carnets allow you to accumulate Italo Più points. - • Click on "Buy Carnet".
• Select the two cities you wish to travel between.
• You can purchase it on our Italotreno.com website, mobile site, app, through our “Pronto Italo” Contact Center, or directly at the station via our Italo Ticket Offices. - • Select the "Book with Carnet" option when purchasing your journey.
• Select the date and time of your journey.
• Book your ticket using the remaining journeys from your carnet.
