  • The holder’s name is indicated on the carnet (book of tickets), is valid on the selected route (in both directions) and cannot be refunded.
  • Single journeys can be changed as many times as you like at no extra cost, up to three minutes before departure.
  • The Carnet may only be used to board the relative train once it has been booked and desired train trips must be booked before boarding, at least 3 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • This carnet can be used every day, except on public holidays and on Sundays.
  • The ticket can be changed via the website, the App and in stations.
  • The Flex in Prima Business (Flex in First Class) carnet and the Flex in Smart (Flex in Smart Class) allows you to collect Italo Più points.
