We inform our customers that, by virtue of the express provisions of the D.L. 30 December 2021, n. 228, converted with amendments by Law 25 February 2022, n. 15 the discipline of vouchers issued in the face of the epidemiological emergency from Covid 19 has been modified as follows:

EXTENSION OF THE LIFE OF THE VOUCHERS
In compliance with the express provisions of art. by art. 12, paragraph 2 quater, of the D.L. 30 December 2021, n. 228, all vouchers already issued for the epidemiological emergency from Covid 19 with an initial validity of 12 months, subsequently extended to 24 months, are extended by law for a further 6 months (thus reaching a total validity of 30 months).

MONETIZATION OF VOUCHERS
Starting from the expiry of the 12 months from the date of issue of the vouchers, it is possible to request a monetary refund of the value of the vouchers not yet used at that date.
